Building a Global B2B Catalog for an Access-Control Manufacturer: The Tripod Turnstile Case Study
How we built a fast, structured B2B showcase for an enterprise security hardware manufacturer selling turnstiles and access-control systems to buyers in 50+ countries.
Tripod Turnstile sells enterprise security hardware — tripod turnstiles, flap barriers and full-height access-control systems — with over 80,000 installs worldwide. Their site, live at tripod-turnstile.com, is one of ours, listed as a Case Study on our own /projects page so every claim here can be checked against the live product.
The problem
Security equipment buyers — facilities managers, integrators, procurement teams — research specific technical requirements (throughput rate, IP rating, fail-safe behavior) before ever contacting a vendor. A B2B catalog for this audience has to load fast for buyers anywhere in the world and be structured well enough for search engines to actually understand each product's specifications, not just its marketing copy.

What we built
We built the frontend with Next.js static generation and Cloudflare edge caching, so page loads stay fast regardless of which country a buyer is browsing from. Every product page carries structured JSON-LD schema markup so search engines can parse technical specifications directly, instead of just indexing generic page text.
- ▸Next.js static generation paired with Cloudflare Edge caching for sub-second global load times.
- ▸Structured JSON-LD product schema for technical-search visibility.
- ▸Category architecture organized around real buyer search intent (turnstiles, flap barriers, full-height gates).
The result
The rebuilt catalog expanded Tripod Turnstile's commercial reach significantly across its international B2B buyer base — the same pattern we've seen across our other global B2B manufacturing clients: structured data and fast, edge-cached delivery convert research traffic into qualified inquiries.
