By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging Next Innovations for software engineering, AI development, mobile/web development, cloud engineering, or billing solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you represent a corporate entity or organization, you warrant that you hold authorized signatory power to bind that entity to these conditions.
All custom engineering, development sprints, and SaaS deliverables are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between Next Innovations and the client.
Scope definitions, milestones, acceptance criteria, delivery schedules, and payment tranches agreed upon in writing supersede general informational text on this website.
Upon full receipt of contractual milestone fees, all bespoke source code, UI designs, product architectures, and custom intellectual property created specifically for the client are assigned exclusively to the client.
Next Innovations retains exclusive ownership of pre-existing core libraries, foundational utility codebases, proprietary frameworks, and generalized architectural tools utilized across projects.
Clients warrant that all materials, APIs, database credentials, artwork, and specifications provided to Next Innovations are legally owned or appropriately licensed.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attack Next Innovations proprietary digital platforms, systems, or APIs without express authorization.
Software and digital systems are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis following agreed warranty and user acceptance testing (UAT) periods defined in the relevant SOW.
Except in instances of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Next Innovations shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtimes or external API modifications.
For enterprise clients requiring customized Master Services Agreements, NDAs, or SLA commitments, our legal counsel is readily available.
